By commissioning me you understand that I will pick the colours of your character from your reference for the flats - however, the environment, effects, and style can affect the final colours.

Payment is made via Paypal invoice in CANADIAN. You may pay more or less depending on currency conversion rates.

All of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it's the Artwork's "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client. As expected from the Artist as per Paypal's TOS - I will cover the Paypal fees.

Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client to be physically shipped to them.

Fill out the order form to make a commission entry. Once submitted, I'll DM you on one of the effective contacts linked on the form to confirm your slot. If you do not get a response within 7-10 days of requesting a commission - consider it rejected.

Make sure your character has clear and visual references. Please provide at minimum one or two images of the character. Text descriptions or AI (artificial intelligence) works will not be accepted as sufficient references.

I don't make custom designs or redesigns at this time.

A low-resolution + watermarked image of the sketch will be sent for approval. This will be the only time where major changes (e.g., poses, outfits, designs, extra characters, order type, etc) can be made so make sure everything is in order before approving the sketch. When approved, if fullbody, payment will be required so I can continue working on it.

Once the payment is completed, I'll be updating you with the artwork's process, where minor changes (e.g., small details, colours, facial expressions, etc) can be made.

The final product can be sent over way-of-contact or email.

I don't take deadlines. The time it takes to finish an artwork varies between 7-14 days, depending on the complexity of your commission or outside factors (health, IRL work, etc). Meanwhile, feel free to ask for updates.

The artist retains the rights over any commissioned works and to post them publically on my socials, and portfolios, and use them as commission examples as I wish. However, a request for the commissioned art to remain entirely private/unpublished can be discussed.

The client has the rights to repost, use the commissioned work as profile pictures or banners and print it for PERSONAL use as long as proper credit is given.

Commissioned art is for personal use only. The commissioner and other parties are not allowed to sell or use it for any commercial purposes.

DO NOT remove the signature from my artwork or claim it as your own.

Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

The use of any part of the commission for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), artificial intelligence datasets (AI), advertising or profits associated with NFTs, AIs, or cryptocurrency is prohibited and will result in a blacklist.

You must credit me for the design and art. You are welcome to claim yourself as the owner if you have purchased the design, but do not claim to be the creator.

All adoptable are at a set price, which is preferred; however, in some cases, I'm willing to negotiate within reason.

Adoptables are first come, first serve basis. If a week has passed then the character can be put on hold for only 48hrs before it is put back up.

I do not accept payment plans; I do not do long holds.

Purchasing grants you ownership of the character, however, as the artist I reserve the right to display the artwork in my portfolio, website, and/or social media.

You will be given either a watermarked or unwatermarked version of the image after payment is received. This depends on the age of the file. Depending on the character, this may include the background and colour palette, or it may just be a transparent PNG.

Do not use any of the purchased designs from me for monetary or commercial use, they are meant for personal use only. I am open to discussing a one-time commercial fee however.

Once you have purchased a character, it is yours to change as you see fit so long as it remains recognizable. Do not edit the art.

Gifting, trading, and re-selling designs you have purchased are allowed. Re-selling must not be at a higher price than what was originally paid for in the beginning unless extra art is present - your own art counts.

You can use and draw a design only after purchasing it.

If you commission me to draw a design after purchasing it, you will get a 10% discount on future commissions.

Files with layers such as .psd, . csp. and .sai will not be given.

My designs cannot be sold or minted as NFTs or used in AI art.
