All commission entries must be made in the order form. Requests made in any places will not be considered as I'll assume you did not read my TOS.

I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason without justifications or explanation. Primarily in the cases of lack of communication, rudeness, inappropriate behaviour, or abusive towards the artist from the client.

I reserve the right to update my commission prices & information. An already confirmed, or paid for, commission will not have its price changed.

All communication will be documented. All personal data (IRL names, email, etc) of both the artist and the client are to be kept private by both parties.

By commissioning me, you understand that I will pick the colours of your character from the reference provided in the flats. The enviroment, effects, and style can affect the final colours.

TAT: 2-4 weeks, at most, 8 weeks. I do not accept deadlines.

Will Do: Original & Fan Characters, Fanart, Humans/Humanoids, Kemonomimi, Anthro.

Won't Do: Mecha, Armour, Feral, NSFW, Controversial Content, NSFL, IRL People, Overtly Complicated/Complex Designs, Backgrounds.

Payment is made via Paypal invoice in CAD. You may pay more or less depending on currency conversion rates.

I will not deliver sketches or any type of advance until I receive payment according to commission type. I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidents. Please do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed with you that I sent an invoice to the email provided through my order form.

If I cannot finish your commission, for any reason, I will offer a full or partial refund based on the progress made.

Once I have started the order, the client is no longer allowed to request a refund.

If you want to cancel your order, whatever the reason, and it is already in the sketch, base colour, or final product stage, you will loose all rights to it and I, the artist, can resell or modify it.

In the case the client requests a refund chargeback when their order has already been approved or delivered, they will lose all rights to the artwork and I, the artist, can resell or modify it. If ill-intent through chargeback is seen, you will also be blacklisted.

If the client is not satisfied with the finished work, no refund is possible. The artwork will not be redone. I will work alongside you to make corrections so it is to your liking.

All of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it's the Artwork's "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client. As expected from the Artist as per Paypal's TOS - I will cover the Paypal fees.

Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client to be physically shipped to them.

There are additional “add-ons” for my commissions that result in a fee on top of the base price of what is offered.

FULLBODY | +$25 per additional character.

EMOTES | +$10 per additional emote.

REFERENCE SHEET | + $20 per additional bust/expression, + $15 per additional chibi alternate outfit.

Multiple characters can vary in price depending on what is being done with them.

If the two characters are interacting (i.e. kissing, hugging, posing together) they are subject to the discounted add-on price.

If the characters are separated and there isn’t a difference (i.e. character lineup) then it will be recognized as a separate order and will be charged at fullbody price.

Fill out the order form to make a commission entry. Once submitted, I'll contact you on one of the networks linked on the form to confirm your slot, ask any follow-up questions, and send the invoice once your interest on starting is confirmed.

Make sure your character has clear and visual references. Please provide at minimum one or two images of the character. Text descriptions or AI (artificial intelligence) works will not be accepted as sufficient references. They do not have to be provided in the order form but are required for all commission types.

Clients will receive a low-resolution & watermarked sketch after payment has been made according to commission type. At this stage, this is the only time where major changes (pose, outfits, designs, etc) can be made. I will do no more then 3 major and 5 minor amendments.

If the client would like to do more, a fee will apply depending on complexity.

Please provide feedback during this time, it helps ensure that the order contains specifics you would like to see. I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory elements to the finished product is no feedback was given to amend it, I try my best to make corrections so that it is to your liking.

Once the sketch has been amended and approved, you will receive an update with cleaned lines and based colours based off the reference photo. Any colour adjustments can be made during this time.

The last stage is the final design. If the drawing requires no further corrections, I will finish the commission, and you will receive the artwork via way of contact or email in PNG format.

The final work will be sent to the client through way of contact. They will receive multiple versions; visible watermark, subtle watermark, and background chosen through the order form.

My illustrations, the commissioned work, are for personal use, you can use them in your networks as long as my signature is visible or you mention me as the creator in any description. Do not remove the signature/watermark from the commissioned work.

I, _shuinxxii (the artist) has the right to use the commissioned work to: post it publicly on my networks and use them as commission examples as I wish with credit to the client as the owner of the character. I retain the right to modify/resell any sketch rejected.

The client has the rights to use the commissioned work on networks as it's intended purpose (profile photo, banner, cover, emote, etc) as long as the client does not directly profit from my work. The client can print the work for personal use and claim the character(s).

The use of any part of the commission for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), artificial intelligence datasets (AI), advertising or profits associated with NFTs, AIs, or cryptocurrency is prohibited and will result in a blacklist.

Can I receive the work without the signature/watermark? - Only emotes don't have my watermark included. If you want to use my drawings on one of your networks, I can add a less noticeable signature, but it cannot be removed.

Can I get the file for the work? - I do not give out the files for any of my art.

I didn't like the end result of the work, can I get a refund? - Once the commission is finished, I will not refund you if you don't like it. I will work alongside you to make corrections so it is to your liking. Please refer to the refund section in my TOS for more info.

I want to make merchandise with the work, can I? - At this time, I do not offer a Commercial License, and therefore you cannot use my work as merchandise. This applies primarily to emotes.

Adoptables are first come, first serve basis.

Payment is made either through Paypal invoice in CAD or Ko-Fi if the adoptable is listed.

The files for the artwork that comes with the adoptable design are not included and will not be given.

If you commission me to draw a design after purchasing it, you will get a 10% discount on future commissions of that character.

You can use & draw a design only after purchasing it.

All adoptable designs are sold at a set price according to the amount of artwork provided and general value.

Once purchased, you will be given a watermarked version of any art I have created of the character that comes with it.

I do not accept payment plans or do long holds.

You cannot change, modify or edit my artwork without permission.

Gifting, trading, and re-selling the adoptable design is okay to do. Re-selling must not be at a higher price then what was originally paid unless extra art is present - including your own.

I, _shuinxxii (the artist and creator of the adoptable design) has the right to: display the illustrations I've made of the adoptable on my networks and use it as commission examples with credit to the current owner of the character.
